Short Description

Hybridoma cell line producing IGF-1R 24-60 antibodies raised against the human insulin-like growth factor receptor (epitope 184-283) which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2a isotype. Has been shown to cause >80% inhibition of IGF binding and has been used for immunoprecipitation and blocking assays.
